At Valliswood, we take pride in crafting high-quality, handmade wooden docking stations. Each product is carefully designed and meticulously handcrafted. Due to the nature of handmade craftsmanship and the use of natural wood, slight variations in color, grain patterns, and dimensions may occur. These distinctions enhance the character and individuality of your product, ensuring that no two pieces are exactly alike.
Pricing/tax
All prices listed on Valliswood.com are displayed depending on the customer’s chosen currency.
Prices do not include VAT, as Valliswood is a small business exempt from VAT under Article 90, Paragraph 1 of the Croatian VAT Law.
Shipping costs are free and are already calculated in the price shown.
We reserve the right to adjust product prices or shipping rates at any time. However, the price displayed at the time of your purchase is final and will not be changed. We are not obligated to honor pricing errors caused by typographical mistakes on the website.
Buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes in their own country.
Ordering process for custom orders
Agreement on Features: For custom orders, we will first discuss and agree upon the specific features and details of the item. This ensures the product meets your expectations and requirements.
Invoice Creation: Once the details are finalized, we will issue an invoice for the agreed price.
Payment: Work on your custom order will begin as soon as full payment has been received.
Preview of Finished Item: Before shipping, we will send you several images of the finished item for your review and approval. This step ensures you’re completely satisfied with the final product.
Payment
Accepted payment methods: Credit and Debit Cards, PayPal.
Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment processors (PayPal, Stripe), ensuring that your payment information is handled in compliance with industry security standards.
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared for shipping.
Cancellations
Buyers can request order cancellations within 6 hours of placing their order. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure cancellation requests are made within this time frame.
The seller reserves the right to cancel an order at any time if important information linked to the order is missing or if there is suspicion of fraud or attempted abuse.

Worldwide Tracked Flat-Rate-Shipping: 6 EUR / 7 USD / 11 AUD
Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you. This allows you to monitor the status of your shipment until it arrives.
Packaging: Each item will be carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
Shipping delays such as postal disruptions or strikes are beyond our control, we are not liable for such delays.
Customers can report us lost items after a 30 days for Europe and 45 days for other countries, counted from the shipment date.
Returns & replacements
Returns or replacements are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in their original condition. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
The buyer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
